Responsibilities

• Track upcoming lease expiry and notice dates.
• Solicit input from Real Estate and Franchising.
• Negotiate business terms of lease renewals.
• Manage landlord communication and negotiations.
• Assist in disposition plans for Cara-owned real estate.
