  • Content & Audience Strategy: Oversee editorial direction and ensure that content strategies are data‑driven, audience‑focused, and aligned with the long‑term vision. Track market trends and competitor performance to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Team Development & Culture: Cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance. Mentor brand leaders, setting clear expectations and providing regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to analyze brand performance, track progress, and drive strategic adjustments. Generate comprehensive reports to update Valnet’s senior leadership on portfolio status, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Develop New Ventures and investment opportunities: Identify and explore opportunities for new projects, initiatives, and ventures within the entertainment sector that can complement or expand the current portfolio. Create business cases, assess feasibility, and lead the development of these ventures.
