Bank of Montreal (BMO) is seeking a Portfolio Assistant to support Investment Counsellors within BPIC, delivering exceptional service to affluent clients. You will help manage client relationships, prepare investment materials, and coordinate servicing activities for discretionary accounts.

Ideal candidates show a passion for investments, strong client service, and relationship management experience, with 3+ years in wealth management or related fields and a CSC/CIRE/CFA path considered an asset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, banking, investments, or client-facing environments.
• Post-secondary education in Finance, Business, Economics, Commerce, or related field.
• Interest in investments, markets, wealth management, or portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Support Investment Counsellors by preparing investment and portfolio materials.

Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
