A health system in Ontario is seeking a part-time Polysomnographic Technologist in Owen Sound. The role involves conducting sleep studies, providing patient care, and maintaining equipment. WAGE RATE: $35.93 - $41.37
Reporting to the Manager, the Polysomnographic Technologist will Collect and Score polysomnographic sleep studies with patients who are experiencing a variety of sleep disorders. You will provide direct patient care including describing the procedures, setting up the patient for the daytime or overnight study, addressing questions, resolving technical or equipment issues and monitoring the sleep study throughout the night shift. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintenance of sleep related equipment.
