ContactLink Solutions LLC is seeking skilled Polish-English interpreters for a fully remote role. Join our team of international interpreters and help facilitate clear communication between Polish and English speakers. In this role, you will handle calls, learn healthcare terminology, maintain confidentiality, and participate in training.

A quiet home office, reliable internet, and headset are required. Immediate start after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Polish.
• Minimum 2 years of interpretation experience.
• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills.
• Ability to render accurate concepts per interpretation protocols.
• Ability to explain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally according to the interpreter's code of conduct.

Notepads, writing utensils, glossaries, and dictionaries are useful tools.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Fluency inEnglish and Polish
• Minimum2 year of interpretation experience
• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy
• Ability to render correct concepts and meanings according to established interpretation protocols, avoiding omissions or additions
• Ability to explain certain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication, with permission or at the request of the client

Technical Requirements:

• 90% English proficiency
• Steady wired internet connection
• USB wired headset
• Windows 10 or Mac
