A telecommunications services company in Vancouver is seeking a knowledgeable Pole Line Designer to create detailed designs and provide technical support for permits throughout Canada. This hybrid position involves both in-office work and site visits, with a competitive compensation range of $51,200 to $70,400 annually. The ideal candidate will have a technical college education in a relevant field, strong communication skills, and expertise in pole line design. You are a Pole Line Designer who is knowledgeable on various pole line analysis software and national/ regional codes and standards. You will prepare conceptual designs routes, layouts and preliminary designs as well as detailed pole line designs under established guidelines and specifications. Also, you will provide technical support in the preparation of joint use aerial permits throughout Canada.

This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
