Job summary

NSUS Group in Toronto, Canada is seeking a Poker Game Integrity Analyst to monitor, investigate, and resolve unauthorized activities, ensuring the integrity of our online poker platforms.

The role requires deep poker knowledge, hands-on evaluation of hand histories and betting patterns, and the ability to distinguish skilled play from bots, with a strong emphasis on security and game integrity.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of poker strategy and gameplay (cash games and tournaments).
• Strong attention to detail and high task capacity.
• Ability to analyze hand histories and betting patterns to differentiate skilled play from bots or collusion.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, detect, investigate, report, and resolve intrusions and prohibited activities on the platform.
• Analyze hand histories, betting patterns, and gameplay to distinguish legitimate play from scripted, bot-assisted or collusive behavior.
• Research, plan, implement, and execute measures to protect against hacks and third‑party programs (bots, account access, data mining, seating scripts, AI).
• Conduct investigations related to game activities breach of security protocols and gather evidence for punishments or bans.
• Proactively detect and resolve or report fraudulent activities.
• Analyze, document, and report on user behaviours, stats, and metrics across the network and app.
• Carry out security measures in response to hacking and botting per security protocols.
