Qualifications

• 2-3 years in the casino/poker industry.
• Minimum 1-2 years demonstrated experience as a poker dealer.
• Able to gain an AGLC Gaming Workers License.
• Experience in customer service and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the poker department.
• Ensure outstanding customer service.
• Coach staff on game policies and procedures.
