Job summary

Cascadia Windows & Doors in Langley, BC, is seeking applicants for the Assembly (PM SHIFT) to manufacture its award-winning windows and doors. Based in our Gloucester Estates factory, you will assemble frames and sashes, inspect components, and ensure production documents and SOPs are followed.

This role requires prior manufacturing experience, physical ability to lift and stand, and reliable transport. Cascadia offers ongoing training, 100% company-paid extended benefits after 3 months, an RRSP

Qualifications

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read production documents and SOPs.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Safety footwear required.
• Annual safety footwear provided after 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Assemble frames and sashes per production documents and SOPs.
• Manufacture Cascadia’s windows and doors.
• Store frames on the sash in appropriate location.
• Inspect component quality and report deficiencies.
• Locate components on upright carts.
• Check component measurements against production documents.
