Job summary

Brandt Group of Companies in Regina is seeking a Service/Maintenance Technician to support building systems, plumbing, boilers, and commercial water systems across large properties. You will perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs with a strong emphasis on safety and quality workmanship.

The role requires excellent communication, a proactive service mindset, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for service and maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting ability with commercial plumbing systems.
• Experience in the plumbing trade including boiler systems and commercial water systems.
• Excellent organization and communication skills – written and verbal.
• Excellent work ethic with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Reliable and dependable with a strong focus on safety and quality workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Work is local to Regina.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain maintenance work with focus on service.
• Service and maintain commercial plumbing systems including boiler and water systems.
• Perform inspections, diagnostics, and corrective repairs for safe operation.
• Complete small renovation projects.
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure Brandt standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal stakeholders for quality, safety, and timely completion.
• Work in a service environment across large, diverse properties.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Building maintenance and repairs with a strong focus on service and maintenance
• Service and maintenance of commercial plumbing systems including boiler systems and commercial water systems
• Perform inspections, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and corrective repairs to support safe and reliable operation of building systems
• Complete small renovation projects
• Supervise activities of subcontractor personnel to ensure that work is being performed in compliance with Brandt’s standards
• Coordinate with contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure quality, safety, and completion of work
• Complete all work in accordance with Brandt’s safety procedures
• Complete all work within schedule and budget
• Work alone in a service environment across large, diverse commercial properties
• Other duties as assigned
