Overview

Mr. Plumbing Dr. Ltd. is seeking to hire two plumbers to join our company on a full-time basis. We are seeking a hardworking, experienced plumber. The company is located at 1559 Findlay Rd, Kelowna, BC V1X 5B3.

Qualifications

The Plumber will have a completion of Secondary School and a minimum of 3 years of experience working in the field. Some industry courses, in addition to the work experience, would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ability to locate and assess plumbing problems. Install, repair, and maintain domestic and commercial plumbing fixtures and systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the plumbing system, water supply network, and waste and drainage systems layout.
• Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.
• Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings.
• Measure, cut, bend, and thread pipes using hand and power tools or machines.
• Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers to explain plumbing problems and how to fix them.

Offer and Location

We are offering $36.75/hr for 40 hrs/week. Our projects are in the Lower Mainland and the surrounding areas.
