Techso, founded in Montreal (2014), seeks a PLM Functional Analyst to help clients define, analyze, and implement PLM digital solutions across Canada and internationally. You’ll guide projects beyond CAD, advising on business needs and transformation of engineering processes.

The role involves rapid collaboration with clients in aerospace, automotive, finance, events, and watchmaking, and delivering end-user training, UAT, and deployment support as part of a dynamic team in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• Internship/Co-op or strong interest in PLM and Industry 4.0.
• Knowledge of Dassault Systèmes solutions: 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA, ENOVIA or DELMIA.
• Experience with 3D CAD modeling using CATIA or Siemens NX.
• Ability to communicate in French and English with colleagues and clients.
• Willingness to travel internationally 6–24 months.
• Ability to work on projects that may require security or defense clearance.
• Strong interpersonal skills and curiosity in a fast-paced tech environment.

What You'll Do

• Gather, analyze, and document client functional requirements;


• Write detailed functional specifications;

The Profile We're Looking For

You Have

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field;


• An internship, co-op experience, or a strong interest in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Industry 4.0;


• Knowledge of one or more Dassault Systèmes solutions such as 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA, ENOVIA, or DELMIA;


• Experience with 3D CAD modeling using CATIA or Siemens NX;


• The ability to communicate professionally in both French and English, as you will collaborate with colleagues and clients located in Quebec, across Canada, and internationally;


• A willingness to travel internationally for assignments ranging from 6 to 24 months;


• The ability to work on projects that may require security clearance or defense clearance;


• Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and a desire to learn in a fast-paced technological environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Dassault Systèmes PLM solutions;


• Knowledge of manufacturing or industrial engineering processes;


• Experience in client-facing roles, functional analysis, or process improvement;


• Experience supporting change management or end-user training;


• Previous international experience.
