We are seeking a passionate and solution-oriented PLM Support Specialist to join our global team. This strategic role involves primarly supporting designers in North America and eventually worldwide within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM-NX-Teamcenter) environment, enhancing current engineering methods, providing professional training and guidance, and actively contributing to the implementation and optimization of software extensions.

The following responsibilities form the core of this role in our Canadian team :

• Provide global support to designers in the PLM environment (Siemens NX Teamcenter;
• Analyze and further develop current engineering methods ;
• Offer professional advice and training to designers on a global level ;
• Implement and optimize software extensions.

• At least 3 years of experience in engineering environments ;
• Bachelor or College degree in mechanical engineering or comparable education/ professional experience ;
• Expertise with Siemens NX as well as Siemens Teamcenter a requirement;
• Analytical and solution-oriented working style, proactive and independent approach ;
• High IT affinity and especially interest and willingness to continuously develop in this field ;
• Good skills in communication and interpersonnal relationship, users support and service.;
• Good French & English skills are required ;
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
