Job summary

A luxury resort in Canada seeks a Platinum Chef to deliver an exceptional culinary experience in a private chalet. You will create and execute refined menus, cook in an open kitchen, and provide personalized dining experiences. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years experience in luxury kitchens and is a collaborative team player. This role requires flexibility in working hours and exceptional culinary skills.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years’ experience in high-end, luxury kitchens.
  • Food Safe level 1 certification required.
  • Must work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute menus based on guest preferences.
  • Prepare and plate dishes to high standards.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and uphold health protocols.
  • Oversee provisioning and work with the Executive Chef.
