Job summary

Nesto Cloud is hiring a Team Lead, Platform to guide and grow our Internal Developer Platform. You’ll mentor platform developers and influence the vision for scalable infrastructure and tooling. The role emphasizes hands-on coding in Go and TypeScript, plus leadership across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure.
• Development experience with Golang and TypeScript/JS.
• Proven leadership experience guiding platform teams.
• Familiar with CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and IaC tooling.
• Able to produce SDLC metrics and drive improvements.
• Comfort using AI tools to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of platform developers.
• Drive the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) roadmap for growth and scalability.
• Build Golang CLIs and microservices for IDP and observability tooling.
• Improve infrastructure automation with Pulumi, Crossplane and Terraform.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and deployments (Kubernetes).
• Collaborate with product and backend teams on architectural discussions.
