360insights is seeking a detail-oriented QA & Validation professional to ensure incentive programmes built on our platform are accurate, compliant, and ready for launch. You’ll review configurations, calculations, and rules to protect client trust and ensure a positive end-user experience.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Implementation Specialists and Programme Managers, plus conducting thorough pre-launch readiness checks and visual validations before go-live.

Qualifications

• Must work to tight deadlines without sacrificing accuracy.
• Exceptional attention to detail is required.
• Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
• Confident working independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using modern tools to improve quality and efficiency.
• Proficient in Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and basic charting.

What You'll Do

Quality Assurance & Validation

• Review configured incentive programmes before they go live
• Verify that programme rules, calculations and configurations match approved client requirements
• Identify errors, inconsistencies or risks and ensure they are resolved before launch

Pre-Launch Readiness

• Perform visual and user experience checks to ensure programmes look clear and professional
• Confirm that programmes meet internal quality standards prior to launch

Collaboration

• Work closely with Implementation Specialists and Programme Managers to support smooth launches
• Communicate issues clearly and constructively, helping teams resolve them quickly

What You'll Bring

• Comfortable using modern tools to work more efficiently and continuously improve quality
• Strong working knowledge of Excel including:
  • Conditional formatting and pivot tables
  • Functions such as VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUM, ROUND, CEILING, FLOOR
  • Charts and graphs
  • Logical and text formulas (IF, AND, OR, MID, LEFT, RIGHT, DATE)
