  • Participating in planning, executing, and verifying tasks for clients using our digital tools;
  • Analyzing data reports and recommending improvements to optimize processes;
  • Identifying and resolving operational issues promptly;
  • Acting as a subject matter expert in diagnosing anomalies and driving continuous improvement;
  • Preparing and validating files related to benefits and ensuring data compliance;
  • Supporting testing activities for digital tools during integrations and updates;
  • Contributing to special projects and new implementations as needed;
  • Maintaining high client satisfaction through proactive and personalized service.

  • Demonstrates autonomy and attention to detail;
  • Has solid technical skills, particularly with Excel and other digital tools;
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field;
  • Has 6 to 8 years of relevant experience;
  • Knowledge of group benefits principles is an asset;
  • Advance level of English and French, as you will communicate and analyze documentation in English and in French with Anglophone and Francophone clients and partners on a daily basis.
