Job summary

Tremcar in Saint-Césaire, QC, is seeking an on-site Metal Fab Operator. You will plan task sequences to cut metal efficiently, study drawings, and operate heavy-duty machines to fabricate structural steel components.

This role requires problem-solving, precise manual skills, and safe material handling. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience in metal fabrication, can read blueprints, and can work independently within a team.

Qualifications

• Trade certificate or diploma holder preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant metalworking experience is desirable.
• Able to read and interpret basic drawings and blueprints.
