Job summary

Novatech Canada is seeking a reliable operator to monitor quality and handle extrusion and moulding equipment on an on-site production line in Sainte-Julie, QC. The role requires 2–3 years of related experience and no formal degree.

Work includes evening and night shifts with a 40-hour week and standard benefits. Responsibilities include setting up extrusion and moulding machines, changing dies, packing finished items, and preparing moulds for line changes.

Qualifications

• No degree required.
• 2–3 years of experience preferred.
• Experience with extrusion and moulding equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect quality of material produced.
• Pack items for shipping and distribution.
• Set up and operate extruding machines to extrude plastic compound through a nozzle or die.
• Change dies on extruding machines according to production line change.
• Set up and operate one or more moulding machines to mould plastic products.
• Prepare and change moulds and adjust equipment for production line change.
