Job Title: Plant Supervisor

Join our team as a Plant Supervisor at a leading aerospace manufacturing facility. In this role, you will oversee operations, ensuring production efficiency and safety while leading a team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team within a manufacturing environment, ensuring efficient production processes.
• Manage production scheduling and workforce planning to meet operational goals.
• Implement and oversee training programs for team development and safety compliance.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
• Analyze data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading a team in manufacturing.
• 3+ years of experience working with CNC machines.
• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in production scheduling and workflow management.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and manufacturing policies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment
