• Monitor daily plant checklists and follow up with stakeholders.
• Plan and manage work schedules during employee absences.
• Lead incident investigations and develop solutions.
• Develop and execute logistic and production schedules.
• Edit workplace instructions in coordination with quality and EHS.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and document the process.
