Summary
The Plant Manager will manage the day-to-day business and operations of 3 material business units: Asphalt Plants in Acheson and Leduc; Soil Cement Plant in Edmonton; Ready-Mix Plant in Acheson. This position reports to the Manufacturing Manager and is the liaison between customers, employees, and the company.
The Plant Manager oversees the operations of manufacturing plants producing: Asphalt, Soil Cement, Concrete. Lead a team ensuring quality and safety standards, and coordinate with departments to meet production targets:
Responsible for driving safety performance across Business Units by leading indicator safety metrics:
Collaborates with leadership and project teams to achieve HSE goals:
To Ensure Optimal Equipment Performance And Facility Upkeep. Coordinate With Business Unit Superintendents To Plan And Execute Preventive, Predictive, And Proactive Maintenance For Plant Equipment
