What You'll Be Doing
  • Oversee daily operations of the concrete plant to ensure efficient and effective production.
  • Manage and coordinate plant staff, including training and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and meet customer demands.
