Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor or Foreperson, the Plant Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. Primary duties include :
Working Conditions : Work involves exposure to all weather conditions, confined space entries, dust, noise, chemicals, hazardous and explosive gases, odors, wastewater, wet conditions and possible electric shock. Individuals may be required to enter and perform work in safety sensitive areas and confined spaces. Potential for half or full-face mask will be required and training provided.
