Movement Search and Delivery in Brampton, ON is seeking a Plant Controller to support the financial operations of a major manufacturing facility on-site. Qualificações

• 8+ years of progressive accounting or financial analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• Manufacturing and/or cost accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Strong financial reporting, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems experience.
• Ability to partner effectively with plant and operational leadership.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial results into actionable business insights.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee plant financial reporting, month-end close, and financial statement accuracy.
• Analyze financial results and provide explanations of variances and drivers.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for the plant.
• Partner with plant leadership on cost improvement initiatives and operational performance.
• Support capital investments and provide financial analysis for major decisions.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
• Collaborate with corporate finance and accounting on reporting, planning, and initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and plant performance.
