Job Description
Position Summary

We are looking for a hands‑on, support‑focused supervisor who enables the team by running day‑to‑day media planning, delivery and operational workflows. This role maintains direct people management of a small team but is primarily responsible for execution, quality assurance, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy delivery, operational delivery & execution
    • Develop strategies and annual plans into actionable, channel‑agnostic planning and activation roadmaps with the team.
    • Develop tactical media mixes; ensure alignment with direct report.
    • Manage daily workflows, tasking, and priorities to ensure campaign planning and activation are delivered on time and to quality standards.
    • Translate account plans and direction into actionable schedules and task lists for the team.
    • Step into hands‑on campaign execution (planning, trafficking, QA, optimization) to resolve issues or deliver priority activations.
  • Thought leadership & innovation
    • Operationalize the defined innovation agenda
    • Build and maintain an “innovation radar” log of emerging platforms, formats, partner capabilities and regulatory developments for review.
    • Run experiments end‑to‑end (test setup, measurement QA, results capture) and produce concise findings that map back to client KPIs and scalability considerations.
    • Prepare client‑facing operational content (test summaries, implementation playbooks, execution timelines) and support creation of POVs or proposals.
    • Coach team on new tools, workflows and testing disciplines to make innovation operational and repeatable — escalating strategic implications as needed.
    • Support pilot prioritization by providing practical feasibility assessments, resourcing needs and risk mitigation plans.
  • Day‑to‑day account management (detailed)
    • Act as the primary day‑to‑day contact for clients on assigned accounts
    • Manage meeting cadence: prepare agendas, run weekly operational check‑ins, capture decisions and action items, and distribute timely minutes.
    • Own status reporting
    • Intake and manage briefs/change requests: validate requirements, coordinate resourcing, set timelines and ensure accurate routing for approvals.
    • Maintain a risk & issues log for each account; drive remediation plans and escalate unresolved/high‑impact issues to direct report
    • Oversee creative/asset handoffs and trafficking timelines; confirm creatives are delivered to spec and on schedule.
    • Coordinate approvals and sign‑offs with clients and internal teams to protect timelines and deliverable scope.
    • Track and manage delivery SLAs, turnarounds and escalation paths; proactively recommend contingency options when timelines slip.
    • Support client onboarding and new campaign launches
    • Ensure all account documentation is current and accessible.
    • Assist with client invoicing checkpoints, budget reconciliations and billing queries; flag financial variances.
  • People management & team support
    • Supervise and coach a small team: run regular 1:1s, provide performance feedback, manage scheduling and workload balance.
    • Own onboarding for new hires and ensure team members have the operational training and resources they need.
    • Prepare input for performance reviews and career development plans
  • Quality assurance & process execution
    • Maintain and apply QA checklists, briefing standards and delivery governance to reduce errors and rework.
    • Identify operational friction and propose practical fixes; implement approved process updates to improve consistency and throughput.
  • Measurement & optimization support
    • Implement agreed measurement approaches (attribution, A/B tests, reporting frameworks) and produce clear, actionable campaign reports.
    • Execute in‑market optimizations and reallocation recommendations under the Associate Director’s guidance.
    • Produce post‑campaign analyses and capture learnings for reuse by the team.
  • Stakeholder coordination & client support
    • Serve as the primary day‑to‑day operational contact for internal partners to keep execution moving.
