A leading construction firm is seeking a Planning Manager in Toronto to oversee the planning and scheduling of large-scale infrastructure projects. You will lead a team of planners, monitor project progress, and collaborate with stakeholders to align schedules with project goals. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in construction project planning, with proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project. As a Planning Manager in the infrastructure construction industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and scheduling of large-scale infrastructure projects such as highways, bridges, transit systems, and utilities. You will lead a team of planners and schedulers, coordinate with project managers, and provide strategic input to optimize project timelines, resource allocation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Eastern Canada District's projects include highways, bridges, mass transit, mine site development & open pit operations, hydroelectric powerhouses, wind-power plants, dams & industrial. We serve the construction and mining industries and operate in Eastern Canada.
This position is based on our Union Station Project in Toronto.
