Qualifications

  • Strong urban design skills and experience in development planning.

  • Membership or eligibility for membership in the Planning Institute of B.C. or the Canadian Institute of Planners.

Responsibilities

  • Review complex Official Community Plan and rezoning applications.
  • Represent the city in negotiations for amenities.
  • Prepare Council reports and present proposals for Council consideration.
