Position Summary:

Planning Administrator – Temporary (12 months) – CNRL Horizon, Facility Maintenance – 4x3 schedule.

Role Summary:

The Planning Administrator performs all general and specific administrative and clerical functions to the site in support of effective and efficient operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and make changes to assets and locations in Maximo
  • Maintain spreadsheets and projections for each department
  • Troubleshoot as needed
  • Maintain and distribute material forecasting
  • Create Preventative Maintenance change forms
  • Maintain Preventative Maintenance setup spreadsheets and projections
  • Send out SWO work orders and maintain routes
  • Maintain annual and preventative maintenance schedules
  • Administrative tasks including filing, printing, and more

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of two (2) years relevant administrative experience
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with focus on Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Typing speed (50+ WPM), accuracy and spelling
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proven ability to be flexible with the ability to multitask, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Detail oriented, meticulous approach to work, troubleshooting/problem solving skills
  • Positive attitude, reliable and team oriented with highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce
  • Excellent time management skills
  • High level of efficiency while maintaining accuracy
  • Sensitive to issues of confidentiality and compliance
  • Experience in Maximo an asset
