Dans un premier temps, ce poste consistera à apporter son soutien à un grand projet EPCM déjà en cours ; il offre l'opportunité d'avoir une influence significative sur les résultats, les performances et la réussite du projet.
We’re looking for an EPCM Project Planner to join our team in Montreal. Initially, you will be supporting a major EPCM project already underway, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on delivery outcomes, performance, and project success.
Develop and maintain programs aligned with Sedgman standards and client needs across all project phases, such as Engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
Analysing Critical Path activities.
Playing key roles in team program review and interactive progress update sessions.
Integrating subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers' programs into the overall project program.
Lead Tracking, monitoring, and managing project progress including external interfaces, offering corrective guidance as needed.
Compiling and presenting prioritised lists of upcoming tasks and key milestones.
Providing timely, accurate project reports, including forecasting and progress S-Curves.
Assessing and reporting on changes in project scope, whether internally or externally driven, and their potential impact on budget, timeline, and resources.
Collaborating with the procurement teamto review procurement and expediting activities.

Excellente maîtrise du français parlé et écrit. Une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais parlé est requise en raison des contacts quotidiens avec des clients, fournisseurs, partenaires et collègues basés hors du Québec.
You will have minimum of 5 years of planning experience within the Engineering, Mining, Construction, or Oil & Gas industry.
Possess a tertiary qualification or equivalent in a relatable field.
Preferably, at least 2 year of practical on-site experience.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, Excel, and Microsoft Project (other planning software will also be considered).
Strong background in program status updates and detailed reporting, including Earned Value Analysis and progress S-Curves.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Must be eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship
Excellent spoken and written French. Strong spoken English skills are required due to daily contact with clients, suppliers, partners, and colleagues based outside Quebec.
