Planer Production Worker, Belledune, New Brunswick

Interfor Belledune NB is looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Planer Production worker (Day & night).

What You'll Do

• Operate numerous workstations in the planer area throughout out the night shift.
• Perform quality work at required speeds.
• Strictly observe safety procedures to avoid accidents.
• Respect production specifications.
• All other relevant duties as assigned by supervisor.

What You Offer

• Knowledge of basic safety rules and precautionary measures.
• Ability to lift +/- 50 pounds and transfer manually.
• Ability to stand, walk and climb stairs for full shifts.
• Availability to work long shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding production environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to take initiative.

Additional information

• Work schedule: Rotation 2 - 2 - 3 for the day shift and from Sunday evening to Thursday morning for the night shift.
