Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work with yeast and flour products.
• Must successfully pass a preemployment background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate and rotate through production positions (dough maker, dough placer, tray washer, cross/down stacker) during shifts.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment and area; may be cross-trained to warehouse or sanitation areas.
• Monitor dough temperature, batch data, and equipment status; follow safety and quality procedures.
• Support dough room, dough cooler, staging for shipment, and tray wash areas as needed.
