Job summary

A staffing agency in Regina is seeking a Materials Coordinator II to provide coordination and operational support for materials in construction projects. The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience in Supply Chain and construction roles, with strong communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities include managing material movements, inspections, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in Construction, Quality, and/or Supply Chain roles in the pipeline industry.
• Experience with Supply Chain procurement systems and processes.
• Material inspection experience with ability to understand technical specifications and drawings.
• Demonstrated ability to work without close supervision.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and a valid forklift ticket or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Maintain administrative control of all materials movements in and out of the warehouse.
• Coordinate flow of material in the warehouse and laydown areas.
• Manage material receipts and staging for Projects and Operations teams.
• Verify accuracy of materials ordered and coordinate with SCM and Project teams.
• Complete material inspections and submit weekly status reports.
