Job summary

Enbridge Inc. is seeking a Pipeline Maintenance Technician III to support safe, reliable operation of Liquids Pipelines across facilities and rights-of-way in Ontario.

You will lead maintenance activities, coordinate with crews, and participate in emergency response and damage-prevention tasks. The role requires hands-on field work, strong mechanical skills, and a commitment to safety, with on-call rotation and travel within the operating area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Approximately 5 years of related pipeline maintenance/field operations experience.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Valid passport or ability to obtain one.
• Willingness to participate in rotating on-call schedule and live within 45 minutes of the reporting location.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using tools and machinery.
• Good communication, organization, and teamwork skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform pipeline, right-of-way, and facility maintenance activities, including valve maintenance, pipeline tie-ins, piping modifications, brushing, tapping, isolations, and related repair work.
• Lead and support planned maintenance activities, operating and capital projects, coordinating with Electrical/Mechanical Technicians, Field Operators, and contractors.
• Support Enbridge's damage prevention program by completing One-Call locate requests, marking facilities, and supporting third-party crossings.
• Participate in emergency response activities, including containment, repair, cleanup, and preparedness for land and water incidents.
• Safely operate pipeline maintenance equipment such as loaders, compressors, hydraulic/pneumatic tools, pumps, pipe cutters, and torque equipment.
• Support pipeline integrity initiatives including pigging programs, piping upgrades, sleeving, and other reliability projects.
• Complete documentation, inspections, safety records, work orders, and maintenance reports; ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
