Featherless.ai seeks its first Sales Engineer in North America to partner with the founding Account Executive. You own the technical win, delivering demos and POCs from discovery to production rollout.

You'll map models and workloads, design benchmarks, and build reusable collateral to win deals while explaining performance, reliability, and cost. This is a high-ownership role with direct impact on GTM success.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in pre-sales engineering or similar customer-facing tech roles.
• Hands-on coding in Python and building demos.
• Deep knowledge of modern LLM inference stacks and model deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical calls with buyers focusing on architecture and real workloads.
• Build and run POCs, benchmarks, and migration guides.
• Write technical sections of proposals and RFP responses; maintain reusable content.
