Job summary

Une entreprise aérospatiale recherche un pilote d'essai de production pour son programme A220, basé à Mirabel. Vous serez responsable des essais de vol avant les livraisons, garantissant la sécurité et collaborant avec divers départements. Une expérience d'au moins 5 ans en essais de vol sur avions Part 25 et 1 500 heures d'essai est essentielle. Des possibilités de développement professionnel et un équilibre travail-vie sont offerts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborer au sein du département des essais en vol et avec d'autres départements.
• Assurer une communication efficace à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur du département des essais en vol.

Do you have experience as production and acceptance flight test pilot, and would you like to progress and develop new skills? Then this job is for you!

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a production flight test pilot (f/m) to join our Flight & Integration Test Center team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada).

You will be part of the Flight Test Crew team responsible for preparing and executing production flight tests before deliveries to customers.

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your Challenges / Vos défis

• Promote safety and ensure a high level of safety during test execution.
• Collaborate within the Flight Test department and with other departments (production, quality, program, design office).
• Ensure effective communication within and outside the flight test department.

Your Profile / Votre profil

• Production flight test pilot with CAT 2 pilot qualification.
• Minimum 1,500 flight test hours.
• At least 5 years of experience in production flight testing on Part 25 aircraft.

This role involves business travel worldwide. Possible on-call duties during weekends and/or holidays. An awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity are required values for the company.
