Qualifications

• ATPL (TC) or IATRA required.
• Minimum 1,000 total flight hours.
• Aviation college or university degree is an asset.
• Must have legal right to work in Canada.
• Possess a valid Canadian passport or US visa where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Operate Dash 8-400 aircraft safely and efficiently.
• Contribute to Porter’s Safety Management System (SMS).
• Lead and collaborate with crew to meet service standards.
• Uphold Porter’s safety and customer service expectations.

Actively participate in Porter’s Safety Management System (SMS) including reporting hazards and incidents encountered in daily operations; understand, comply and promote the Company Safety Policy

• Airline Transport Pilot License (Transport Canada) or IATRA
• Minimum 1,000 hours total time
• Aviation College or University Degree is an asset
• Must possess the legal ability to work in Canada.
• Must posses a current, valid Canadian Passport, or a current, valid International Passport with a valid US Crewmember Visa (C-1/D)
• Pilots that do not meet the minimum requirements may be considered based on experience and other factors
