Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Piling labourer is an asset.
• Strong commitment to safe work practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
• Successful completion of pre-access drug and alcohol testing.
• Relevant safety training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside piling and equipment operators for accurate placement.
• Perform general labourer tasks such as equipment spotting.
• Read and interpret engineered drawings.
• Participate in daily safety toolbox talks and worksite inspections.
• Assist in problem-solving during pile installation.
