Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Piling labourer is an asset.
• Strong commitment to safe work practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Successful completion of pre-access drug and alcohol testing.
• Relevant safety training and certifications (e.g., WHMIS, CSTS, or rig-specific certifications).

Responsibilities

• Work alongside piling and equipment operators for accurate pile placement.
• Perform general labor tasks including equipment spotting and site upkeep.
• Read and interpret engineered drawings.
• Participate in daily safety toolbox talks and worksite inspections.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Proactively assist during pile installation.
