Job summary

TD Private Wealth Management is seeking a PIA Client Service Associate to deliver specialized administrative support to an Investment Advisor team. You will prepare documentation, create client reports, and assist in client communications to foster strong relationships with high-value clients.

The role emphasizes compliance, referral-driven growth, and delivering a gold-standard client experience in a collaborative TD Wealth environment.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or community college diploma preferred.
  • Licensed as an Investment Representative (IR) with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO).
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in banking, administrative roles, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of wealth management and/or operations is an asset.
  • Knowledge of investment products is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare documentation and provide updates to Investment Advisors in preparation for client meetings.
  • Create reports for analysis of client accounts; communicate with customers to provide mentorship on products and services, and identify referral opportunities.
  • Accept or create leads and ensure correct referral coding in administration.
  • Submit marketing pieces for approval and compile client information packages and marketing materials.
  • Become familiar with and adhere to compliance requirements, including documentation and marketing materials for new and existing accounts.
  • Provide a high level of client service including responding to phone, mail and electronic inquiries with full-service brokerage knowledge.
  • Deliver the gold standard client experience at every interaction with team members, colleagues and clients; prioritize and handle own work and exercise discretion.
  • Adhere to policies and risk management practices and keep others informed about status and progress.
