CBI Health's Highland Rehabilitation Centre in Moose Jaw, SK is seeking a Physiotherapist (full-time or part-time) to join our multidisciplinary team. You’ll develop and implement individualized treatment plans, manage a clinical caseload, and collaborate to deliver holistic care.

We welcome new graduates, require registration in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Physical Therapists, and emphasize client-centered care and ongoing professional development.

• Graduate of a recognized School of Physiotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at maintaining and enhancing physical abilities, lifestyle and well-being.
• Manage and prioritize clinical caseloads, and coordinate delivery of therapeutic services.
• Participate in a collaborative care model providing holistic, comprehensive care to meet client needs.
• Promote positive relationships between clients, team members, funders and the community.
