Job summary

St. Joseph's Health Centre in Toronto is seeking a Physiotherapist for the Reactivation Care Program at Humber Church site. You will join a dedicated interprofessional team delivering reactivation therapy to optimize patients' function and daily activities.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, and current BLS. Experience in rehab and reactivation care is preferred, with strong communication and adaptability in

Qualifications

• Must be licensed by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO) for practice
• Master’s Degree (or substantial equivalent) in Physiotherapy
• Current BLS or willingness to complete within probationary period
• Roster with the CPO to perform Substance Administration by Inhalation as required
• Experience with rehab and reactivation care models preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvement

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose within scope, and analyze movement and function
• Promote physical activity and overall health
• Prevent and rehabilitate disease, injury, and disability
• Deliver reactivation therapy to improve function and daily engagement
