Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional, evidence-informed physiotherapy care
• Developing meaningful relationships with clients and establishing treatment goals
• Educating clients and empowering them throughout their recovery
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Participating in mentorship, team development, and community initiatives
• Mentoring newer clinicians across multiple Axis locations
• Supporting onboarding and clinical development of new team members
• Contributing to Axis’s clinical culture and standards
