Job summary

Physiothérapie Solution Active is seeking a proactive physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team. You will engage in the RPG approach, MDT mentorship, and collaborative case discussions to support a varied clientele.

You will benefit from mentorship, continuing education allowances, vacation, sick days, and insurance as part of a busy clinic with a strong local reputation. Ville-Émard access included.

Qualifications

• Member of the OPPQ as a physiotherapist.
• Able to communicate in both English and French.
• Be curious about MDT and participate in case discussions/mentorship with MDT certified and diploma physios.
• Enjoys working in a multidisciplinary team.
• A ++ if you like to contribute to teamwork to help improve the clinic.

Responsibilities

• Participate in MDT case discussions and mentorship with MDT certified and diploma physiotherapists.
• Engage in a multidisciplinary team to support diverse clientele.
• Contribute to research, education, and internships within the clinic.

Job description

We currently have a portion of our clientele interested in the RPG approach.

First 8 weeks part-time 1-on-1 mentorship with an experienced MDT physiotherapist while treating patients
Continued weekly scheduled 1-on-1 mentorship if needed
Scheduled weekly discussions with physiotherapy team

Schedule: combined day and evening shifts

We are open to adjusting the duration of your follow ups depending on what you feel is best for each client
