Job description

At Tall Tree, you’ll join an award-winning clinic focused on exceptional integrated healthcare. We’re the most multidisciplinary and comprehensive team in private healthcare in BC; we put each client at the center of this with our goal to match everyone with the right clinician or team of clinicians. We take pride in our passionate clinicians, inspiring and uplifting facilities, high-quality health services, and exceptional customer service. We’re committed to delivering healthcare in the best possible way— and we have a singular culture of respect, warmth, curiosity and enthusiasm that makes being a part of the Tall Tree team something to be truly proud of.

Join a Team Obsessed with Best Practice, Growth, and Enjoying the Work We Do

Come be part of a team that’s unapologetically nerdy about best practice, lifelong learning, and having fun while doing it. As a Physiotherapist at Tall Tree, you’ll join a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment where mentorship, growth, and clinical excellence are at the heart of everything we do. One of our core values is constant improvement—and we live it out through weekly Lunch & Learns, “Papers & Pints” research nights, the annual Tall Tree Summit and built-in mentorship and peer learning!

This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate who is eager to build a strong clinical foundation in a supportive, learning-focused setting. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, kinesiologists, psychologists, counsellors, and more—to deliver coordinated, high-quality care to a diverse range of clients.

You’ll be responsible for providing assessment and treatment services for clients with a variety of musculoskeletal concerns, persistent pain, and chronic health conditions.

Compensation

Physiotherapists working full-time (5 days per week) can expect to earn around $90,000–$130,000+ annually.

The fee split for this role ranges from 54% to 64% , depending on experience and qualifications.

Hours

We are open to someone looking for part time, full time, or for someone who is looking to build their availability to full time over time. We have shifts available Monday through Friday, from 2-8pm.

As a Physiotherapist, you will
  • Conduct clinical assessments, treatments, and collaborative treatment planning for clients presenting with musculoskeletal conditions, persistent pain, neurological conditions, and / or mobility challenges related to aging or chronic disease.
  • Deliver exceptional care that is evidence-based, psychologically informed, and rooted in patient goals and values.
  • Collaborate with our team of kinesiologists, psychologists, clinical counsellors, and other health professionals to support integrated care when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with professional standards and to support multidisciplinary collaboration.
  • Keep growing. You’ll stay current with the latest evidence, findings, trends, and developments to ensure clients receive the best possible care, and attend other educational opportunities available at Tall Tree.
