The clinic specializes in manual therapy for injury rehabilitation and prevention, with additional expertise in dry needling/IMS, acupuncture, exercise planning, pre-and post-operative therapy, and concussion rehabilitation. Gravity Physiotherapy is committed to providing personalized, private one-on-one therapy sessions complemented by access to a gym area for exercise rehabilitation. The clinic focuses on supporting patients in achieving their health and recovery goals through high-quality care and advanced treatment techniques.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physiotherapist, based in Vernon, BC. The Physiotherapist will provide comprehensive assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and deliver hands‑on therapy for patients requiring injury rehabilitation, prevention, or specialized treatment services such as dry needling, acupuncture, or concussion management. The role also involves guiding patients through exercise plans within the clinic’s dedicated gym area, providing pre‑and post‑operative rehabilitation, and supporting general recovery journeys.

Qualifications

• High level of motivation, organization and drive to be successful and to work independently to manage your own caseload
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration
• Ability to create and implement personalized treatment plans and exercise strategies
• Current registration and good standing with the governing body of physiotherapists/ CHCPBC
• Experience working in a clinic setting and providing one‑on‑one therapy
• Commitment to continuous learning and adapting modern care techniques

This is a unique opportunity as it is a RENT BASED partnership. No split fee with the clinic, allowing physiotherapists to earn significantly more income compared to the current clinic split fee structure.

You will be responsible for the management of your own caseload. There is no administration staff. The Jane platform and various other tech platforms assisting physiotherapists manage their own caseload.
