Job summary

Backs in Action Rehab & Wellness Centre in East Vancouver is hiring a permanent Physiotherapist to build a practice with us, starting as soon as you are ready. This is not a locum; we are looking for a long-term team member who will join colleagues across disciplines.

The clinic offers full admin support, a well-equipped treatment space, on-site parking, and opportunities for mentorship and ongoing professional development as you grow your client base.

Qualifications

• Must be registered or eligible for registration with BC CHPC.
• New grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Build your own practice and patient caseload from day one.
• Collaborate with chiropractors, kinesiologists, RMTs, acupuncturists and counsellors on treatment plans.
• Join a well-equipped space with on-site gym and modern treatment room.

Job description

• Backs in Action Rehab & Wellness Centre is hiring a permanent Physiotherapist for our East Vancouver clinic. This is not a locum. We are looking for someone to build a practice with us, starting as soon as you are ready.

You treat. We handle the rest. Booking, billing, ICBC and WorkSafeBC paperwork, reception and marketing are managed by our admin team, so your day is patient care rather than paperwork.

Colleagues down the hall. Chiropractors, kinesiologists, registered massage therapists, acupuncturists and clinical counsellors work under the same roof on shared treatment plans. Complex cases such as post-surgical, vestibular, concussion and chronic pain get a team, not a referral out.

Equipment that lets you practise fully. A 2,000 sq ft space with shockwave, electrotherapy, ultrasound and IFC, plus an active-rehab gym with bike, TRX, hoist machine and more.

A caseload from day one. We are an established clinic with more than 450 positive Google reviews, across from Renfrew SkyTrain Station, with a steady flow of ICBC, WorkSafeBC, extended health and private-pay patients.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Registered, or eligible for registration, with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC. New grads welcome
• Available to start immediately
• A collaborative, patient-centred approach and genuine comfort working alongside other disciplines
• An asset: experience in shockwave, concussion, hand therapy, pelvic health, chronic pain, sports physiotherapy, ergonomics or vestibular rehabilitation
