Responsibilities

• Work with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, directed toward maintaining and enhancing their physical abilities, lifestyle, and well‑being.
• Manage and prioritize clinical caseloads, and coordinate and deliver therapeutic services.
• Participate in a collaborative care model providing holistic, comprehensive care to meet client needs.
• Engage in monthly clinical training on topics such as Long COVID and traumatic brain injury.
• Network with senior clinicians and contribute to team discussions.
• Promote positive relationships between clients, team members, funders, and the community.

Qualifications
