Lifemark Health Group is seeking a compassionate physiotherapist to join our team in Temiskaming, ON, offering 8.5–20 hours per week in an outpatient LTC setting. You will develop personalized care plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and educate patients and families on recovery and self‑management.

Qualifications

• Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college.
• Professional liability insurance (as required).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient‑first mindset.
• Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.
• 1–2+ years of outpatient LTC experience (preferred; new grads with provisional licenses are encouraged to apply!).
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.
• Assistive Devices Program (ADP) authorization will be an asset
• A valid Vulnerable Sector screening check (within 6 months)
• Proof of Tuberculin (2-Step Mantoux Test) clearance
