Northern Health - BC is seeking a Physician Assistant in Emergency Medicine. This role involves performing clinical duties under the supervision of a Physician Supervisor and working collaboratively within an emergency department to ensure patient safety and quality care.

The Physician Assistant (PA), Emergency, performs a variety of clinical duties within the scope defined by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC). Clinical care by the PA occurs in select facilities across the organization under the supervision of a PA Emergency Program Physician Supervisor (the Physician Supervisor). The PA reports to a Site Administrative Manager but is accountable to the Physician Supervisor or delegate for the quality of care and professional development. The PA works collaboratively with Emergency Department attending physicians (ED Physicians), medical residents, nursing, and allied health professionals to provide continuous, team-based patient care.
Starting salary ranges from approximately $88,990 to $111,237, based on education, training, experience, and comparable positions.
